Are your games for sale?

No. At the moment our games are only available to rent.

How long is a rental period?

A rental period is for one day (24 hours) however we are very flexible. Need to pick it up the day before or drop it off the day after the party? We can work with you. As long as we have it on the calendar and documented in our rental agreement we can plan around your needs.

How far in advance can I hold a date?

At the moment we are scheduling 12 months (one year) out in advance.

What if I return the games late?

You can always extend your rental at the daily rental rate if needed. You have to let us know. However, if the games are reserved for someone else you’ll have to return them or pay the daily rental rates.

Do I have to use these at my house.

No. You can pick them up and take them to the park, your friend’s house or to your venue (if they are approved by the venue). We’ll just need the address and the items must be used at the location provided.

Do you work with event planners or other businesses and organizations?

Yes. We love working with other businesses and organizations. Let us know what you need.

How much does it cost to rent games?

Daily game rental charges vary. You can find the price for each game listed on the Games page.

Can I keep games overnight?

Sure. In fact we have extras to make your night even brighter with either LED lights for your cornhole boards or a digital projector and screen for late night family movies or gaming.

What kinds of games do you rent?

We offer both traditional and oversized versions of all of your favorites. You can see a full list at our Games page but if you don’t see what you are looking for let us know.

What if I want to try a game I don’t know how to play?

Every game we offer is very easy to learn and comes with instructions and rules.

Do you set the games up at my house?

We can if you need. At the moment we prefer to have you pick them up or us simply deliver them. We do offer set up and take down for an additional $150 if needed.

How do you clean the games after they are used?

As part of the rental agreement it is required that each game come back cleaned by the renter. If not a $100 cleaning fee is charged. In addition, each game is cleaned with an approved Clorox product before they are rented again.

What kind of deposits do you charge?

We charge a 50% nonrefundable but transferable reservation deposit to hold your games and date. We also hold a 33% security deposit. Security deposit is refundable upon the return of the games in the same condition they were rented.

What happens if I lose a piece or the games get damaged or stolen?

We understand accidents happen. Its the reason we hold a security deposit. We also know that as the games are played they experience wear and tear. However, in the event that you lose a piece, the game will need to be replaced. In the event that a game is damaged beyond reasonable repair you will be responsible for replacing the game. Our replacement costs are approximately four times the daily rental fee. This charge will first come from the security deposit and you are responsible for the remainder.

How do I pay?

Once we’ve confirmed your reservation request with you we send an invoice and rental agreement. You can directly from the invoice, or in person with cash, check, credit, and various popular non contact applications.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We currently offer delivery. There is a flat fee ($50) for delivery and pickup in Berea, KY. For deliveries outside of Berea we calculate the cost accounting for both miles ($0.75/mile) traveled and time ($25/hr.) required.
